By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
Payment is taken fully upfront or in two half payments of 50% upfront, 50% after sketch.
Sometimes a payment plan can be set up.Payment is highly preferred via Cashapp, but I also use PayPal.ㅤ
If I have not started yet you will get a full refund.If I have started or finished the sketch, you will get a partial or half refund.If it's been lined or colored, a refund is unlikely.ㅤ
Additional fees may be added to the base price, caused by the character(s), scene, or concept requested being complex or requiring more time + effort.Background prices are estimated based on the scene itself;
a city scene is completely different from a forest scene in complexity.If an edit changes the commission's complexity, composition, or otherwise massively changes the piece, it can have a fee.ㅤ
Edits can be made throughout the entirety of the commission, but some things are somewhat required to be changed early on.For example, if we're already past the lineart stage, you can't ask me to change the whole pose or composition without it basically becoming a new art piece.PLEASE assure you examine the drafts that I send you and make sure they're to your liking before confirming.
If you tell me that you like it, I will believe you and move on with the art. Please do not lie, do not fear hurting my feelings.ㅤ
My turn around time may take anywhere from a hour, to a few days, to a couple weeks depending on the size of the commission.
It is also dependent on my physical and mental health, as well as my life circumstances.I will work as hard and quickly as I can, but there may be delays. I do NOT take deadline commissions or rush fees. (I mean, unless it's a lot, money talks I guess)ㅤ
I will work on commissions ONE at a time.
This is to avoid burnout, stress, and lots of other issues.If you request a commission and I inform you that you will be added to a queue, then that means you will be waiting until I work through all of the other commissions to work on yours.This at least does ensure you that all my focus will be on your art, even if you need to wait a little more.ㅤ
For commercial-use artwork such as banners, emote+sticker sets, content creator assets (animations, art), PNGtubers, and similar things, there may be a small fee.I usually do not include profile pictures or casual art of an otherwise commercial character for fees.ㅤ
PLEASE tell me BEFORE I begin your commission if you do NOT want it to be public.
This includes me posting it to social media accounts, using it as examples in my portfolio, and showing it to my friends.You can upload your commissioned art wherever you like, as long as my signature in the art remains visible and intact, and if possible you credit me by name!ㅤ
As I only do digital art currently, all completed commissions will be sent to the client in high resolution via their preferred method.
I will gladly send it through Email or upload it to Google Drive if it is having issues with the file being too large, etc.I often will make multiple versions of an art piece, and will gladly give you alt background versions.I am happy to be contacted after a commission has been entirely completed for a detail to be fixed.
For example, you didn't notice I accidentally used the wrong color, so, assuming I still have the file, I can go back and fix it for you.ㅤ

You'd think this is an unspoken rule, but some people just don't understand that artists are people too. I have a life and sometimes issues happen.I will understand anything that causes delays or changes for you, and I expect you to understand the same for me.

Money talks, maybe you can get me to draw something weird NSFW if you pay enough, but I REFUSE to draw anything HATEFUL, DISCRIMINATORY, or DISGUSTING.❌ Racism, sexism, transphobia, ableism, homophobia, etc.
(I am okay with self-deprecating jokes or reclaimed slurs, but I will not say or write anything I am not allowed to say.)❌ Politics, excluding revolution art, I like that kind of thing.❌ Anti-LGBTQ, anti-POC, anti-BLM, anti-Jewish, Anti anything like that, leave me alone...❌ NSFW fetish stuff like:
